कोरोना जैसे प्रतिकूल समय में हम एकजुट होकर खड़े रहे हैं, यह एकजुटता की भावना ही है जो हमें परिभाषित करती है और बाधाओं का सामना करते हुए हमें आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करती है। परिवर्तन शाश्वत है, हमारे कदम नयी चुनौतियों और नए तकनीक को ध्यान में रखकर बढ़ाने हैं। हमारे दृष्टिकोण हमेशा परंपरा और संस्कृति को सहेजते हुए अपनी पहचान बनाये रखने और समाज को सुदृढ़ करने का रहा है। राष्ट्रीयता की भावना और राष्ट्र उन्नति में योगदान यह हमारे समाज की परम्पराओं में रचा बसा है।

मैं प्रत्येक सदस्य को उनके योगदान के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूं कोई मन दे, कोई धन दे, कोई श्रम दे, कोई विचार, बस कोई अछूता न रहे। आपका जुनून, समर्पण और अद्वितीय दृष्टिकोण अमूल्य संपत्ति हैं जो हमारी पहल की सफलता को आकार देंगे। प्रत्येक सदस्य के सामूहिक प्रयासों से आकांक्षाओं को उपलब्धियों में बदलना हमारा लक्ष्य होगा।

Aims & Objectives

  1. Social Welfare
    Provide a unified platform to address the social challenges faced by members of the Radhi Kayastha community across India. Collaborate with relevant government and local authorities to develop effective solutions.

     
  2. Community Connectivity
    Facilitate the connection and interaction among community members residing throughout India, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose.

     
  3. Infrastructure and Public Amenities
    Advocate for the improvement of essential public services such as roads, telecommunications, medical facilities, educational institutions, playgrounds, libraries, community centers, marriage homes and other civic amenities. Collaborate with government bodies to address these needs effectively.

     
  4. Civic Rights and Welfare
    Safeguard the welfare and interests of community members in all civic matters, including security, water supply, electricity, road maintenance, park development and tree planting. Ensure members receive the amenities they are entitled to as Indian citizens.

     
  5. Mutual Support
    Cultivate a spirit of mutual aid and goodwill among community members, particularly within the association, to strengthen communal bonds.

     
  6. Sports and Recreation
    Promote organize and regulate sports and recreational activities within the community to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.

     
  7. Drug Awareness

    Raise awareness among community members about the dangers of narcotic drugs and work towards a drug-free community.

     
  8. Support for the Underprivileged
    Provide comprehensive support to weaker and underprivileged members of the community, including food, clothing, shelter, education (from basic to higher levels), self-employment training, sports facilities, health clubs and entertainment centers.

     
  9. Humanitarian Efforts
    Work sincerely for the betterment of mankind and humanity across India, without discrimination based on color, caste, creed, religion, region or nationality.

     
  10. Cultural and Religious Activities
    Organize cultural and religious events, including Durga Puja, in Delhi and other regions. Support the construction and maintenance of temples and other religious structures.

     
  11. Support for the Arts
    Sponsor young talents in music and culture and provide educational opportunities for the poor and underprivileged members of the community.
  12. Assistance to Marginalized Groups
    Assist tribes, backward classes, minorities, weaker sections, widows, war victims and the elderly. Establish old-age homes and work for their overall welfare.

     
  13. Social Justice
    Eradicate social evils and support abandoned, lonely, disabled and marginalized individuals within the community.

     
  14. Community Infrastructure
    Apply for and acquire land from the authorities for constructing community halls and other facilities in Delhi/NCR.

     
  15. Fundraising and Financial Management
    Collect subscriptions, grants and charitable donations from individuals, organizations and the government. Borrow and manage funds responsibly, utilizing them for the community's welfare in compliance with government regulations.

     
  16. Educational Scholarships
    Provide scholarships to encourage academic excellence and higher education among weaker sections of the community, contributing to the upliftment of its needy members.

     
  17. Medical Assistance
    Establish a helpage forum to support community members in need of medical treatment, particularly for the elderly.

     
  18. Housing and Shelter
    Construct and maintain residential facilities in Delhi and other cities for community members requiring medical treatment, offering accommodation at nominal charges.

     
  19. Women’s Empowerment
    Empower women in the community by offering training in professional courses such as tailoring, food preservation, painting, beauty services, etc.

     
  20. Administrative Support
    Appoint an office assistant to manage correspondence and administration at the Delhi office. Establish office bearers for the society at central, state and district levels.

     
  21. Publications and Communication
    Launch a monthly magazine and maintain regular communication with community members. Develop a website to promote the society's activities and initiatives.

     
  22. Health and Wellness Programs
    Organize blood donation camps, health check-ups and yoga awareness programs for community members.

     
  23. Cultural Preservation
    Promote the regional language of the society, 'Angika,' and ensure its preservation and growth.

     
  24. Support for the Vulnerable
    Establish and maintain orphanages, asylums and shelter homes for all age groups and work with organizations dedicated to child welfare.

     
  25. Education and Training Centers
    Develop and run educational programs (from basic to advanced levels) in multiple languages. Establish training centers and organize social and cultural programs for community development.

     
  26. Human Rights and Civic Development
    Protect the human rights of the general public and foster social, cultural and recreational activities for the benefit of the community.

     
  27. Property Management
    Acquire, manage and utilize properties—both movable and immovable—for the benefit of the society, in accordance with legal regulations.

     
  28. Financial and Legal Security
    Manage society’s funds and properties responsibly, ensuring security in financial dealings and compliance with legal requirements.

     
  29. Spiritual and Cultural Exchange
    Organize spiritual discourses by eminent scholars and provide a platform for exchanging ideas on social, cultural and educational issues. Celebrate festivals and special occasions with community participation.

     
  30. Health Initiatives
    Launch and promote health programs for all age groups, ensuring access to medical care and wellness activities.

     
  31. Support for Disabled Individuals
    Work towards the upliftment of the handicapped, visually impaired and physically disabled individuals of all age groups, providing them with the necessary support and treatment.

     
  32. General Welfare Activities
    Undertake all necessary actions and initiatives to improve the welfare of women, children and people within the community.

     
  33. Operational and Financial Management
    Execute all necessary actions for the society’s operation, including managing finances, acquiring properties and ensuring compliance with legal regulations for the betterment of the community.
